The Table

When I reprofile a knife I'll put a DMT XCourse block flat on one of the Sharpmaker rods and use that to grind. It keeps me at the right angle and removes metal a lot faster than the Sharpmaker rods including the diamond ones. Watch your fingers if you do this.
